Root and Rise Retreat
Root & Rise Retreat
At the edge of the seasons when winter begins to soften and spring quietly stirs beneath the earth ,we gather for a weekend of release, renewal, and gentle awakening.
Root & Rise Retreat is a sacred threshold.
A pause between what has been and what is about to bloom.
Here, you are invited to slow down, ground your body, clear emotional weight, and awaken your energy with intention just as nature prepares to rise again.
Because the earth never rushes… yet everything blooms in its time
Salty Saturday: Gather & Grow
Salty Saturday at All Is Wellness
Join us for Salty Saturday, a seasonal gathering designed to help you shake off winter, welcome the first signs of spring, and begin planting the seeds—both literal and symbolic—of what you’re ready to grow.
Settle into the calming glow of the Haloasis Salt Cave, where you can breathe deeply, unwind, and find support as early seasonal allergies begin to make their appearance with the first thaw. This gentle space offers a moment to reset, soften, and prepare for the brighter months ahead.
This month, you’re invited to share seeds, swap stories, and gather inspiration for the season of growth. You’ll also get to build your own bouquet, lovingly curated by The Flower Shop Lindstrom, bringing a touch of early spring color and intention into your home.
Throughout the event, the healing team at All Is Wellness will be offering a handful of grounding, restorative services to help you release winter heaviness, call in renewal, and step toward the path you’re ready to fulfill.
Come as you are, get cozy, and spend a day tending to your body, your spirit, and the seeds of your destiny.

Salty Saturday: Salt of the Earth
Salty Saturday at All Is Wellness
Join us for Salty Saturday: Salt of the Earth, a gathering that celebrates creativity, community, and the grounding power of simple, intentional living. This month we honor the makers, the stewards, and the everyday acts that help us root more deeply into the world around us.
We’re thrilled to welcome potter David Haas, sharing his beautifully crafted pieces that embody the quiet strength and texture of the earth itself. Emma Crutch of Cool Trash will join us to speak about upcycling plastic and transforming waste into meaningful art, offering inspiration for how we can each participate in creative sustainability.
Rootstock will also be officially opening the refillery, taking another step toward accessible, low‑waste living and supporting our community in grounding into cleaner, more sustainable daily practices.
As always, the Haloasis Salt Cave will be with us, offering a space to breathe deeply and settle into the season, and the healing team at All Is Wellness will be providing services to help you land fully in your body as spring unfolds.
Come connect, create, and celebrate the beauty of being salt of the earth.
